| 介紹家畜之組織標本之製作方法及各種觀察技術，使學生熟悉畜體之各種組織結構；其內容包括組織標本之採取，組織切片之製作，染色技術，各種觀察組織切片之儀器使用方法及畜體各組織之顯微構造之確認。 |

| The preparation of tissue section of the living organism and interpretation of histological preparation with various kinds of the method of observation will be introduced in this course .The content of this course includes the removal of specimen, processing of tissue section staining procedures and interpretation of histological preparation with various kinds of method of observation. |
