課程大綱Course Description：

本課程之內容包括調劑與製劑(配合禁忌、消毒防腐劑、糖漿及軟膏)、溶液濃度及計算、各種注射方法練習、治療指數之求法、全身麻醉法(吸入型及靜注型)自主神經藥物作用之觀察(包括交感及副交感神經)、中樞興奮劑作用之觀察、催吐劑、止吐劑及局部麻醉劑作用之觀察等、其目標是使學生瞭解各種藥物之劑型、調劑之方法、給藥方法、劑量之換算、藥物之安全性及各種藥物藥理作用之觀察, 期使理論與實際相配合, 以奠定日後臨床上正確給藥之基礎。

English Outline：

In this course some experiments are included which involve pharmacy (incompatibility, antiseptic, syrup and ointment),route of administration, therapeutic index, general anesthesia(inhalation and I.V. inj.),autonomic nerve, central nerve ,central nerve stimulants, emetics, ant emetics and local anesthesia. In order to match both the theories and the practices ,it is necessary for students to know the dosage form, prescription , preparation, administration, posology , drug safety and pharmacological effects.
