課程大綱Course Description：

本實習課程依獸醫公共衛生學授課內容規劃，包括食品衛生、肉品衛生與屠宰檢查、乳品衛生、蛋品衛生與環境衛生，除了在校內教室實習操作之外，亦安排校外教學參訪學習，以強化獸醫公共衛生領域的廣泛理解與未來獸醫師具備之應用基礎，並對相關法規施行之認知。

English Outline：

This internship course is planned according to the teaching content of veterinary public health, including food hygiene, meat hygiene and meat inspection, dairy hygiene, egg hygiene and environmental hygiene. Strengthen the broad understanding of the field visiting of veterinary public health and its application that future veterinarians have, and the awareness of the implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
