奠定學生有機化學之基本知識,並養成學以致用,用以研究有機化學,生物化學,藥物化學,高分子化學,環境有機化學.內容綱要: 1. 有機化學和生物醫學的相關性 2. 有機化學的基本知識(化學鍵, 酸鹼, 共振) 3. 有機分子的命名、結構、官能基與反應性之關係 4. 有機反應基本原理介紹 5. 重要的有機反應機構 (電子移動的推導) 6. 基本生化分子(醣類, 胺基酸, 蛋白質, 脂質) 的結構和特性

English Outline：

This course is designed in conjunction with the lectures for the non-organic chemistry majors. It intends to provide students a profound understanding of the subjects from laboratory practices and to familiar with basic laboratory techniques. In addition to the measurements of physical constants, the course is carried out according to the functional groups which are alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, benzenes, organic halides, alcohols, ethers, aldehydes, ketones
