課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要是提供學生現場的實務經驗，將其所習得之教保相關理論與知識，轉化為教保實務工作的運用。課程內容為經由進園、進班實習與試教，以及製作實習檔案等方式，引導學生思考教保理論和實務之間的轉化，以及幼兒園職場實務的各項議題，並觀察、練習職場溝通方式，以增進人際與職場溝通能力，並透過自我省思、專業對話、修正行動的過程，增進專業成長，進而成為具有反省力、專業實踐力和職場溝通力的專業教保服務人員。

English Outline：

The course is to provide students with practical experience on the preschool and kindergarten in order to apply the acquisition of teaching and caring theory and knowledge into practices. Through shadow internship in the classroom and making practice portfolio, students are guided to think the transformation of knowledge and practices and recognize the issues of workplace practice. The observation and exercise of workplace communication way are used to promotion their interpersonal and workplace communication capacity. The self reflection, professional dialogue, and amendment action are emphasized on the intership process.
