| 本課程內容涵蓋：內容主要有陶瓷結構、陶瓷缺陷反應、反應動力學（如氧化反應）、陶瓷燒結反應、相變化、微結構、電磁與光性質等。另外也介紹，鐵電性、相變化特性及其在介電材料方面之應用、半導電機制及其在感測元件方面之應用、壓電特性及其在致動元件及換能元件方面之應用、陶瓷製造技術等。 |
| English Outline： |
| Ceramic structures, defects, reaction kinetics, sintering reaction and phase transformation are included mainly in this course. In addition, ceramic properties of ferroelectric, dielectric piezoelectric and phase transformation are applied on the devices. |
