課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在探討公司財務政策。主要內容包括公司財務管理概論、財務報表與現金流量、現金流量評價、股票與債券評價、資本預算程序、風險與報酬、長期融資決策、短期財務管理及財務專題等。

English Outline：

This course aims to discuss the corporate financial policies. The major contents include overview of financial management, financial statements and cash flow, valuation of future cash flows, valuation of stocks and bonds, capital budgeting, risk and return, long-term financing , short-term financial management and some topics in finance.
