課程大綱Course Description:
資訊科技的應用深切影響現代經濟模式、企業運作與個人行為,特別是在1990年後半期,網際網路開始大量應用在商業活動之中,相關資通訊科技的快速發展也使得產業環境有了大幅的變化,新科技產生了新商品及服務,創造了新行業,也形成的新的經營型態與方法,同時也成為企業經營的壓力。本課程將簡介前瞻資訊科技如何被應用於企業經營與管理上,使得企業能順應環境變遷,並能將前瞻資訊科技視為產業發展的助力,善加利用以提升經營績效,進行數位轉型與治理。主要課程內容包含電子商務、金融科技、物聯網、大數據分析、人工智慧、元宇宙等議題,說明相關前瞻資訊科技的運作原理,並說明如何應用於企業治理及數位轉型。
English Outline:
Information technologies (IT) have great impacts on modern economic models, business operations and individual behaviors. In the late 1990, the Internet has been applied in commercial activities. The rapid development of information communication technologies (ICTs) also led to a drastic change in the industrial environment. New technologies have created new products and services, new industries, and new business models, but also become the pressure of business management. This course will focus on how the advanced ICTs can be applied in business operation and management so that the enterprises can adapt to environmental changes and can look forward to the advanced ICTs as a boost to industrial development and upgrading business performance. Therefore, the enterprise can undergo a digital transformation and implement effective governance. The main contents of this course include the introduction of e-commerce (EC), financial technology (FinTech), internet of things (IoT), big data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), metaverse etc. We will illustrate the related ICTs applications and how they can be applied in digital transformation and governance.
