English Outline：

Engineering Contracts and Specifications The theme of the course is to introduce the contracts and specifications to be an engineer how to get insight into the engineering work under contracts and specifications with an aim to avoiding the disputant and execute your agreement and requirement to complete the construction.

1.了解工程契約監督執行與變更、契約條款解釋與仲裁。 2.基本契約規範之概念以及工程決標與工程實施 3.務實認真
