課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在建立學生科技管理的專業知識。課程主題將包括科技管理基本觀念、科技創新模式、企業技術策略與競爭力、科技取得與研發、技術移轉、智財權管理、科技組織平台等課題，目標在使學生對科技管理的專業知識有整體之觀念。

English Outline：

The aim of this course is to teach student the professional knowledge of technology management. The contents of this course include foundational concepts of technology management, technology innovation model, technology strategy and competition, technology acquire and development, technology transfer, intelligence property management, organization of technology management. Course’s objective is to build students the holistic professional knowledge of technology management.

培育科技創新或服務創新之管理專業人才，使其具有創新創業精神、研發管理、智慧財產管理之實務應用專業、及具國際觀及人文素養，符合現代職場品格特質的專業人才。
