課程大綱Course Description：

作物育種技術主要介紹無性繁殖作物﹑自交﹑異交作物育種原理及方法，熟悉各種不同之育種理 論及技術。講授內容計有以下之章節：緒論：介紹育種史及育種之重要性、作物育種之遺傳學基 礎、自交不和合及雄不稔性、引種法、純系育種法、選拔育種法、雜交育種法、回交育種法、雜 種優勢(F1)育種技術、抗病品種之育成、遠緣雜交、抗蟲育種、誘變育種、遺傳工程之現況及在 農園作物上之應用。

English Outline：

The goals of this course are to acquaint students principles and techniques used in crop breeding. Introduction : history and importance of crop breeding, breeding, Self-incompatibility and male sterility, breeding, Selection, Hybridization, Back cross, for disease resistance, Interspecific hybridizations, Mutation breeding and Genetic engineering in crop.
