課程大綱Course Description：

本課程探討農企業發展成為跨國性農企業，在經營管理上的必要考量以充分利用國際資源之外更需對所處環境有所了解。跨國性企業具規模經濟，有較佳競爭力，但也極具挑戰性。本課程重點包括：跨國性農企業的基本概念、跨國性農企業的理論及環境、跨國性農企業的策略、跨國性農企業的組織、領導及文化、跨國性農企業的管理、跨國性農企業之個案及爭議性議題。

English Outline：

The purpose of the course is to discuss about transformation of agribusiness into a multinational company from the perspective of resources and market. The contents includes: basic concepts for transnational agribusiness; theories and environment for transnational agribusiness; strategy for transnational Agribusiness; organization, leadership and culture for transnational agribusiness; controversy for transnational agribusiness; cases of transnational agribusiness.
