課程大綱Course Description：

台灣與日本在傳統工藝文化中有許對極為相似之技藝，本課程針對醬菜、藍染、紙傘三種涵蓋飲食穿著及生活應用的傳統工藝，探討其在台日兩國發展的歷史背景與發展現況、製作方式，及對居民的影響，以進一步比較台日兩國在工藝發展與傳承之異同，藉以探索未來發展之方向。

English Outline：

Taiwan and Japan have great similarities in traditional arts and crafts. This course is aimed at three kinds of traditional techniques, including pickle, blue dye and paper umbrella. Discussing its historical background and development status, production mode and impact on residents in Taiwan and Japan, To further compare the similarities and differences between Taiwan and Japan in technological development and inheritance, so as to explore the direction of future development.
