課程大綱Course Description：

1.使學生認識防衛動員的定義、特質與類型等。 2.使學生了解國家安全威脅類型及對我國防衛動員的影響。 3.讓學生認識我國防衛動員機制與防衛技能訓練。 4.介紹我國防衛動員與緊急應變機制的整合。 5.使學生了解我國防衛動員組織與災害防救之間的關係。 6.介紹我國災害分類與災害防救組織體系等。 7.使學生熟悉災害防救、災防整備、防衛動員模擬演練及青年學生動員。 8.使學生熟悉戰場急救與自救、中暑防治及心肺復甦術等技能操作。 9.培養學生對於防衛動員的認同，進而深切體認防衛動員的重要性與全民國防的實踐。

English Outline：

1.Get to know the definition, nature, and types of civil defense. 2.Understand the types of national security threats and their impact on Taiwan’s defense mobilization. 3.Understand Taiwan’s defense mobilization mechanism and training of defense skills. 4.Introduce the integration of Taiwan’s defense mobilization and emergency response mechanism. 5.Understand the relationship between organization of defense mobilization and disaster prevention/rescue in Taiwan. 6.Introduce Taiwan’s classification of disasters and disaster prevention/rescue organization system, etc. 7.Familiarize students with disaster prevention/rescue, disaster prevention preparedness, simulated drill of defense mobilization, and youth and student national defense mobilization. 8.Develop recognition of defense mobilization; understand the importance of defense mobilization and practice of civil defense.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

教學型態Teaching Models：	成績考核方式Grading：
課堂教學	平時成績General Performance：40% 期中考Midterm Exam：30% 期末考Final exam：30% 其它 Other：1.每次上課均會點名，點名不在就算曠課(不予補點)，平時成績基本85分，全勤加平時成績5分，缺課(含公假)1節扣2分(喪假不列入計算)，另上課表現斟酌加扣分。 2.若當日因上課進度考量僅點1次名，除特殊狀況外，則當次點名結果即為當週2堂課到課依據。 3.報告、心得遲交或未交，除成績酌予減分外，另扣平時成績總分10分。 4.教室嚴禁吃東西、穿拖鞋、換座位，除特殊原因外，違規每次扣平時成績總分2分。 5.預定期中考後以分組方式每週實施報告，並於報告後次週收繳個人紙本心得。
