課程大綱Course Description：

特藥用作物產業具有其獨特之多樣性，特藥用作物亦屬天然物，其品種、產地、栽培方法、採收期、採收部位及炮製方法的不同，造成原料及產品其所含成分的種類及含量具有很大的差異性，亟需建立成分分析平台，達到品質管控之目的。本校協助培育發展特藥用作物產業栽培技術及品質管理人才，訓練學生具有實務經驗，期能減少學用落差，培養能為產業界所用之人才。

English Outline：

The specialty medicinal crops industry has its unique diversity, and the specialty medicinal crops are also natural products. The differences in their varieties, origins, cultivation methods, harvesting periods, harvesting parts and processing methods result in the ingredients in the raw materials and products. There are great differences in the types and contents of salicylic acid, and it is urgent to establish a component analysis platform to achieve the purpose of quality control.
