課程大綱Course Description：

本課程為中英筆譯（一），目的是培養學生對筆譯具有正確觀念，介紹中英文語言的差異及基本翻譯理論，藉由講解實作訓練學生習得常見之中英筆譯技巧。

English Outline：

This introductory English-Chinese translation (1) is aimed to help students acquire correct understanding of translation, the differences between English and Chinese languages, and basic translation techniques like addition, omission, conversion of parts of speech, etc. Through in-class exercises and home assignments, this course will help students gain confidence in doing English-Chinese translation.
