課程大綱Course Description:
本課程為食品科學學程的學生所設計,旨在教導學生英語科學研究寫作之技能。本課程準備不同來源之教材。課程中會講述基本的寫作原則、文章架構與論文格式。課堂上亦會使用網路上有關科學研究寫作的最新資訊與視聽教材。
English Outline:
This course was designed to teach Scientific Writing skills in English to the students of the Food Science program. The teaching materials have been prepared using different sources. The basic writing principles, composition, styles, and formatting tips will be discussed during the classes. Some updates and audiovisuals from internet sources also will be used during this class.
