課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要目的乃希望結合胚胎學，各種基因轉殖操作技術與基因表現調控理論，讓學生了解基因轉殖的基本知識及其於農業及醫學之應用層面，課程內容，包含受精卵收集處理與培養、標的基因之構築、基因轉殖方法、胚胎培養、胚移置、標的基因之鑑定、轉殖基因品系之評估、基因表現調控、生產基因轉殖動物與人類醫藥用蛋白質。

English Outline：

The main purpose of this course is to combine embryology, various gene transfer operation techniques and gene expression regulation theory, so that students can understand the basic knowledge of gene transfer and its application in agriculture and medicine. Culture, construction of target genes, gene transfer methods, embryo culture, embryo transfer, identification of target genes, evaluation of transgenic strains, regulation of gene expression, production of transgenic animals and human medical proteins.
