| 本課程旨在引導學生認識兒童教保產業中常用之實務技巧、證照操作與訓練模式。課程透過相關證照之演練與取得，讓同學實際體驗產業界的證照訓練模式，同時輔以實習經驗，期待修習者掌握實務技巧之餘，也能反思台灣當前教保產業界追求證照的優缺利弊。 |
| English Outline： |
| This course aims to guide students to understand the practical skills, license operation and training modes which are commonly used in educare industry. The course allows students to actually experience the training mode through the exercise and acquisition of relevant licenses. At the same time, it is supplemented with internship experience. It is expected that the students not only can master the practical skills, but also are able to reflect on the pros and cons of the license-pursuing trend. |
