本課程旨在提供學生有關長期照護經營管理的知識和技能，在修完本課程後，學生將能：1.理解長期照護經營管理理念與規範；2.獲得與經營管理有關的基本原理和管理技術，例如行銷、人力資源、風險管理績效監督以及品質提昇和評估等；3.培養對長期照護經營管理的興趣，作為職涯的選擇。

English Outline：

The course aims to provide knowledge and skills related to business management in long term care. Upon completing the course, students will be able to: (1) develop an understanding of the ideas and norms for business management in long term care; (2) acquire basic principles and management techniques such as marketing, human resources, monitoring of risk management performance, and quality improvement and evaluation; (3) develop interest in business management in long term care as a career option.
