服務設計以使用者中心的角度來思考服務流程,著重顧客體驗以及服務接觸品質。本課程透過服務業個案情境,針對服務流程中的顧客接觸點進行分析,達成改善服務流程、找尋服務創新機會,以及提升顧客體驗之目標。
English Outline:
Service Design is a user-centered approach that focuses on customer experience and the quality of service encounter as the key value for success. Through the discussion of cases in the service industry, this course analyzes service encounters to find out opportunities for service innovation and process improvement.
