課程大綱Course Description：

實習內容在使學生實際從事養豬技術、規劃及經營之訓練，以造就成為真正養豬經營之專業人才，諸如畜舍規劃、豬隻生產流程、批次生產計算、豬場生物安全動線設計、環境醫學管理、分娩助產、仔豬初乳管理、發情觀察與配種時機、精液採集、鏡檢、稀釋與分裝、豬場紀錄管理、Pigchamp豬場數據管理軟體的輸入與分析、飼料需求量估計、飼養成本之概估、經濟經營規模擬定、投資報酬之分析、市場供需資料之搜集及總生產成本與收益之計算與分析。
