課程大綱Course Description：

本課程教授學生具備創新教材教具的專利保護及專利分析相關知識。課程內容主要介紹專利法之基本概念，以案例解析的方式來呈現如何利用不同類型專利保護教材教具相關創新，並希望學生能透過專利分析檢索及演練，訓練學生具備教材教具創新研發前的創意蒐集能力，接觸國內外最新的技術、產品及競爭者資訊，提昇教材教具創新的能力。

English Outline：

This course teaches students the knowledge of patent protection and patent analysis with innovative teaching materials. The course content mainly introduces the basic concepts of patent law, and presents how to use different types of patent protection teaching materials to innovate in the form of case analysis. It is hoped that students can use the patent analysis search and drill to train students to have creative collection before the development of teaching materials and teaching aids. Ability to access the latest technology, products and competitors at home and abroad to enhance the ability of teaching materials to innovate.
