本課程旨在指導學生學習經營管理一個安全、高品質之托育機構環境，和探討今日學前教育所面臨之挑戰。本課程內容包括托育機構之設置、人事及經費管理和機構品質評估等。

English Outline：

The purpose of this course is to give students an appreciation of the complexities of providing safe, high-quality child care environments, and of the difficult conditions which challenge the field of early childhood education today. This course covers many aspects of starting, personnel and financial managing, and assessing the quality of a child care center or preschool.
