課程大綱Course Description:
本課程為提升餐旅系學生赴日實習所需使用之日語表達能力所開設之9小時微型課程。 主要內容針對自我介紹與面試應答、旅館與餐廳待客流程等進行日語表達訓練,在解說日語表達方式後並進行情境演練,期使學生能即學即用。此外,課程中並加入服務業應注意之禮儀習慣說明。
English Outline:
This course is a 9-hour mini course designed to improve the Japanese expression skills required by the students of the Food and Tourism Department for internships in Japan. The main content is to conduct Japanese expression training for self-introduction and interview response, hotel and restaurant hospitality process, etc., after explaining Japanese expressions and conducting situational exercises, students can learn and use immediately. In addition, a description of etiquette and habits that the service industry should pay attention to is added to the course.
