課程大綱Course Description：

1.授課目標： 如何使用財務報表評估管理當局之經營成果、財務狀況及現金流量。 暸解財務報表分析方法及使用工具。 使同學具備財務分析的能力、以達理論與實務並重之目標。 2.授課大綱： 藉由實例資料說明財務報表各數據代表之意義與變動原因，期由制度面與經濟面因素解釋企業財務報表透露的經營訊息。剖析報表各科目入帳原則對報表揭露事實的影響效果，期使學習者具備研判報表品質的能力。

English Outline：

The major objective of the course is to present a comprehensive and up-to-date treatment of the analysis of financial statements as an aid to decision making. It focuses on understanding the data that are analyzed as well as the methods by which they are analyzed and interpreted. Analytical tools designed to shed light on the impact of the alternative accounting methods are also emphasized. It is essential for students to read the assigned materials in advance, prepare notes for class discussion. By completing the course, students will learn how knowledge of the accounting framework is integrated with the best tools and techniques available for the analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
