課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要目的在於使學習者了解有關組織理論與管理相當的課題，經由學習，學生可深切地認識有關組織與管理之相關理論與實務。

English Outline：

The main purpose of this course is to introduce the theoretical and practical knowledge to the students. The students will have clearer understanding to organizational theory and management through the introduction of this course.
