課程大綱Course Description:
文化遺產是人類文明發展過程中最值得保留的共同財富,包括古蹟、文化遺址、文化等有形的財富,也包括思想觀念等無形的財富。它既可以反映出文明歷史的演變、藝術的創生、科技的進步,它也可以成為人們鑑往知來的借鑑,撫今追昔的明鏡。是以文化遺產成為了文化資源,不但需要維護保存,成為社區發展的支柱;更需要發揚與創新,成為文化發展的活水源頭。
English Outline:
Cultural heritage is the most common wealth that worth to reserve under the developmental process of mankind civilization. It is include visible wealth as relics, historical sites, antiques and etc., also include invisible wealth as thinking, idea and etc. It could reflect the evolution of history and civilization, creation of the art, progression of the science and technology. It also could become a reference to predict the future by reviewing the past and a bright mirror to recall the past and compare it with the present. So, the cultural heritage becomes the cultural resources. It is not only need to preserve that become the foundation of the community development, but also need to exalt and innovate that become the source of flowing water of the culture development.
