課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要以農業設施，農業管理以及農業生產此三領域為課程主軸，透過實際授課以及校外參訪研習的教學方式以訓練學生集思廣益、專業分工與跨領域合作能力。本課程為使各專業領域能實際為學生所認識故採取密集式授課之方式，老師協同業師並輔以校外參訪研習的方式教授學生「農業生產概論」、「農業設施概論」以及「農業管理概論」三大領域相關基本知識，學生透過跨領域知識的學習與跨領域技能合作，以達到生產力4.0的教學核心目標。

English Outline：

This course mainly focuses on the three areas of agricultural facilities, agricultural management, and agricultural production. Through practical teaching and teaching methods of off-campus visits and training, students are trained to brainstorm, the professional division of labor, and cross-field cooperation. This course adopts an intensive teaching method in order to make each professional field practically recognized by students. Teachers work with teachers and supplemented with off-campus visits to teach students "Introduction to Agricultural Production", "Introduction to Agricultural Facilities" and "Introduction to Agricultural Management " related to the three basic areas of knowledge, students through cross-domain knowledge learning and cross-domain skills cooperation to achieve the core goal of productivity 4.0 teaching.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

臺灣的農業未來是否能永續健全發展，決定於新世代農業經營者的素質創新及知識的運用之能力，經營設施農業之能力、開發農產品通路並拓展外銷之能力、精準掌握與利用新技術之能力。本課程主要整合三領域農、工、管理，透過密集式課程的授課方式，引導學生對於農業生產概論、農業設施概論、農業管理概論三個領域進行概論性的跨領域課程，學生透過本課程的修讀，對於有關智慧農業、農業生產力4.0之理論基礎與實務認知能更進一步。 以農業生產4.0概念為基礎，以深入淺出的方式解說目前臺灣農業生產概況及各農業產業之發展趨勢。其中包含了農業生產4.0所包含的各種技術及發展、臺灣農業百年來發展過程及趨勢及氣候變遷對於農業生產所帶來的衝擊等相關議題。此外，針對農、林、漁、牧等臺灣地區四個重要的產業，分別進行產業概況、生產加工、經營管理、污染防治及產業行銷等介紹。在每一單元最後，都會針對農業4.0在該項產業中的運用實例進行進一步的講解及探討。協助學生瞭解從事農業生產所需之基本知識與技能，以及與農業相關之產業特質。 *因本課程屬密集式授課，請詳讀以下上課時間 : 課程說明時間: 本課程屬密集式授課，因疫情影響，有關本課程之說明會將延至十月初舉辦，屆時將透過學校搶先報及課程公告通知詳細日期時間地點，再給各位學員多加留意！ 課程授課時間:
