Economics is usually classed as a social science. It studies the humanly economic behavior, which is called as the choice behavior. In general, people need to make decisions because each kind of resources is scare, and it also has competing uses. The purpose of this course is to introduce students to study the daily economic problems about consumption, production, transaction and distribution by applying the basic principle and analysis method of economics in order to make decisions from the different alternatives. This course focuses on microeconomics. Microeconomics describes the relation of individual market interactions, focusing on production and consumption by the individual consumer, firm, or industry.
