This course attends to the skill of Rapid Reading which guides student seeking selective information for locating research material, as well as in discriminating categories of light/heavy, recreational reading. Reading skills to be developed in this course include; use of marginal notes, featured-highlights, comparing, contrasting, enumerating key-episodes, tracing outlines and sub-themes, and fine-editing succinct summaries. The latter will be used as an evaluative exercise/method to locate student grade.
