This course is an entry level course for aquaculture & fishery sciences, which provides students knowledges on aquatic environment, aquatic animal physiology, aquatic ecology, and the role of aquatic organisms as food. Besides, the knowledge of other fisheries related fields such as aquaculture, fisheries, fish nutrition are also introduced.
