This course explores how individuals develop, adapt, and realize themselves in the workplace, grounded in fundamental psychological theories. Key topics include workplace stress and coping, interpersonal communication strategies, and the factors contributing to success. Given that students in the professional master’s program typically have substantial work experience, the course is centered on group discussions and experience sharing. Emphasis is placed on bridging theory and practice, with the aim of enabling students to effectively apply what they learn to real-world professional contexts.
