Freshman English (2) aims to develop students’ basic reading skills in English. This course is designed to help build up students’ vocabulary, strengthen their foundation in sentence patterns, and improve their grammar skills. With authentic materials related to students’ daily experiences, they will be able to develop a basic foundation in reading and further be able to read and understand a variety of articles by using appropriate reading strategies.
