The objective of this course is to acquaint students practice the methods and technique of vegetable crop
production, including identification of vegetables varieties and seeds, soil preparation, nursery,
fertilizating, irrigation, cultivation, weed and pest control and harvest etc. Through discussion and
practice of individual vegetables crop, let students understanding of both practical operation as well as
theoretical aspects of the lecture subjects.
