The key value of a state government by rule of law is to be administered by law. The concept of ruling by law of people is improved lately. For protecting of their own interests, the people require the state government should administer to the people according to law and abide by the "due process of law." The goal of this course is to establish the general concept of the whole system of Administrative Law. Firstly, the course will focus on content analysis and explanation of Administrative Law. Secondly, this course is helping students be pre-established the knowledge of Administrative Law and get prepared of employment.
