Computational thinking is a way to solve problems. The concepts of computational thinking includes problem abstracting, analyzing logically, dividing and conquering, and problem solving. Computational thinking is a combination of computer computing and human creativity and insight. This course focuses on developing students’ computational thinking skills by the study of information science and programming related knowledge. In advance, this course enhances student’s computational thinking capabilities by the implementation of information technologies (IT) and programming. It is helpful to the students to develop IT insights, and to apply IT to solve problems with computational thinking.
