The purpose of this course is to cultivate basic design skills and establish a solid foundation for creative-minded designers. By the end of this course, students will be able to: 1.Understand and apply the fundamental principles of basic design, basic form concepts, basic design methods, and the basic application of materials. 2.Develop from the origins of basic design, with a focus on creative form exploration, emphasizing creativity in form, function, and composition as the primary thought process. 3.Acquire knowledge in creative methods, aesthetic concepts, thinking patterns, design methodologies, and other aspects of basic design to explore and analyze design.
