Objectives of this course are to introduce the principles and applications of food machinery. Scope of this course includes: factory electricity, engineering drawing, the principle of machinery, electrical machines, measurement and control, fluid machinery, heating equipments, sterilization equipments, freezing equipments, dehydration equipments, extruders, packaging systems and other food process automatic machinery.
