This course is designed to delve into the content, strategies, and operational models of contemporary kindergarten classroom management, as well as pertinent issues. The objective is to cultivate students' understanding and practical skills for effectively managing kindergarten classrooms. The curriculum encompasses the arrangement and guidance of classroom activities, time management, environmental space organization, fostering a positive classroom ambiance, interactions between early childhood education staff and children, peer interactions among staff, staff and parent interactions, the nurturing of proper classroom behaviors in children, child counseling, the establishment of democratic behavioral exemplars, and self-stress management skills.
