The purpose of this course is to help students gain an initial understanding of databases and analysis software for molecules such as DNA, RNA, and PROTEIN. And learned the correlation between molecules and various metabolic pathways of plants. Practical exercises include designing various types of PCR primers, sequence comparison, and gene construction drawing.
