This objective of this course is to introduce the purpose of using an adjuvant the working mechanisms, related characteristics and chemical features of an adjuvant, the interactions of adjuvants with immune cells, the choice of the appropriate adjuvant and how to manufacture different types of adjuvants and evaluate their efficacy.
