The object of this course is helping the students to learn the general structure and function of animal. The contents include: utilization of light microscopy, observing the external features of animal cells and protozoans, observing the anatomic structures of pheretima, and crayfish, understanding the anatomic structures of circulatory, respiratory, excretory, reproduction, digestive, muscle and skeleton systems of vertebrates. Students can learn animal behavior, morphology and anatomic structure by practical operation. Animals include paramecium, earthworm, crayfish, clam, fish,and frog. However, some animals structure and function will be observe with specimens and films.
