This course was designed to teach Scientific Writing skills in English to the students of the Food Science program. The teaching materials have been prepared using different sources. The basic writing principles, composition, styles, and formatting tips will be discussed during the classes. Some updates and audiovisuals from internet sources also will be used during this class.
