This course introduces the definition of what is to implement the method of knowledge management, knowledge management, architecture and theoretical models of knowledge management, knowledge management program, knowledge management, knowledge management, situational factors, case management, value chain of knowledge, knowledge management analysis, knowledge management capability, the new era, a new organization, knowledge creation business, build a learning organization, how to experience is the best teacher, the transformation of business R & D, information technology and knowledge management. Course content focuses on: (A) knowledge but through practical activities and personal reflection process of human life and the judgment is made, which generates continuous process verification through experimental science, making it an important tool for mankind to survive, and in the evolution of knowledge, the first the data, by comparing the results, relevance, talking into knowledge, collection and application of knowledge to take action; to sample the history and life around what happened stated, inspire students will present what they have learned, ready to be applied to everyday life application; (B) the international competitiveness of Taiwan's trade is slowly catching up in China and Southeast Asian countries, to be out of the woods must be to improve the competitiveness of businesses and differentiate the curriculum framework and introduce knowledge management, knowledge management, procedures, knowledge implementation approach to management, knowledge management case analysis to establish the students' knowledge management concepts to improve the competitiveness of future employment; (C) the face of the coming era of knowledge economy, competitive advantage is no longer visible in the land, labor, capital, but by wisdom, knowledge capital and innovation.
