1.Get to know the definition, nature, and types of civil defense. 2.Understand the types of national security threats and their impact on Taiwan’s defense mobilization. 3.Understand Taiwan’s defense mobilization mechanism and training of defense skills. 4.Introduce the integration of Taiwan’s defense mobilization and emergency response mechanism. 5.Understand the relationship between organization of defense mobilization and disaster prevention/rescue in Taiwan. 6.Introduce Taiwan’s classification of disasters and disaster prevention/rescue organization system, etc. 7.Familiarize students with disaster prevention/rescue, disaster prevention preparedness, simulated drill of defense mobilization, and youth and student national defense mobilization. 8.Develop recognition of defense mobilization; understand the importance of defense mobilization and practice of civil defense.
